Role Overview The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team's activities, helping to enhance brand presence, and driving marketing initiatives. This is a fixed term contract covering a maternity leave.

The Role: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Compile and analyse data from campaigns to highlight trends and insights. Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing events and promotions. Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage content calendars. Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and report on performance. Assist the team with graphic design tasks and layout designs for marketing materials. Support marketing team with market research to identify latest trends and opportunities. Collect and analyse feedback from customers and the sales team. Maintain and update marketing databases and customer lists. Assist in preparing reports and regular updates for stakeholders. Support email marketing campaigns by helping with design and deployment. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience or internship in marketing or administrative roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital marketing tools.
