Marketing Associate Neurovascular
The Marketing Associate develops marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or productline(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. He/She support the development of business plans and product positioning in the marketplace, the solutions providing to the customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIESBudgetsUnderstands basic budget management principles. Supports the senior Product manager in the draw up of Discretionary of Marketing expenses on a monthly basis. Evidence GenerationIdentifies key elements of the Value Proposition that require evidence. Sales EnablementFamiliar with the field sales structure and the role of sales in the overall marketing mix. Gathers information for documents such as presentations, proposals or product guides. Sales TrainingSupports sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year. Supports the on-label use and promotion of all products. Supply ChainUnderstands a PLCM plan.
Effectiveness MeasurementFamiliar with marketing metrics for the product or portfolio and the department. Uses appropriate scorecards to track results. Provides examples of business measurements used in own area. Customer SatisfactionUnderstands and educates sales on customer complaint process. Tracks existing KPIs and reports back to the organization. Understands customer satisfaction inputs. Shares basic customer satisfaction input trends with the salesforce. Customer Centric DevelopmentIdentifies critical customer needs and preferences. Provides customer feedback to marketingleadership. Business AnalyticsDescribes key aspects and benefits of business analytics. Explains measurements of business performance and how to identify trends. OtherSupports presentations to leaders, sales, and customersLeads the execution of key customer engagements and events that support critical business needs, including ensuring compliance requirements are understood and observedIntentionally learns while gaining experience. Builds stable relationships. Demonstrates ownership and integrity of work. Takes track of the division products held in the warehouse (brochure, gadget and demo sample). Develop events in collaboration with Product Managers. Sales reporting to indirect channelKEY REQUIREMENTEducation & Languages skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline requiredItalian & English speakerExperience:
1+ year of Marketing experience within the Healthcare industryOR1+ year of Events planning experience in the Medical Devices industryOR2+ years of Marketing experience in other industriesQualifications & Soft Skills:
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesSolid organization and planning skillsMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)LOCATION & CONTRACTS DETAILSLocation:
