DXC Technology is looking for **Marketing Automation Expert **to join Analytics Offering with previous experience in Martech projects.

DXC Analytics is focused on providing customers innovative solutions and high added value, in the following areas: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as SME for the marketing automation platform implemented.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensure data integrity and enhance customer processes. .

- Ensure proper integration and functionality of marketing tools with CRM and other systems.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of the solution.

- Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and improve ROI.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within marketing automation workflows.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and technology.

Nice to have:

- Knowledge or experience in financial services projects and consulting firms

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in Martech

- Previous technical experience in campaign development, platform management and data analysis.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Good knowledge at least one of: Infinity, Eloqua or Unica.

Location**:Milan** (MI) with remote work possibility
