**Job Description**:

Viatris continuously strives to enhance its omnichannel ecosystem with a key focus on its push-channel capabilities, helping drive reach, while focusing on the customer journey and overall experience within the healthcare sector.

We need team members to help lead the way in both supporting and enhancing marketing push channel capabilities to a global audience spanning 70+ countries.

The Global Omnichannel Marketing Automation Manager will work as a member of the global Omnichannel Enablement Organization.

Main Responsibilities

Manage and deploy marketing & sales campaigns - define campaign workflow, setup campaigns, audit, measure, and optimize the performance

- Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

- Create and develop drip campaigns to enable marketing & sales activities

- Ensure marketing tactics across all channels are tracked, utilizing Google Tag Manager and our established end-to-end Salesforce marketing campaign tracking methodologies

- Mobile development and cross-browser support experience a must

- Proven experience in campaign performance optimization

- To help guide and support others with their technical development

- Other duties as required by the business

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel.

- Team player with strong communication skills

- troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced global environment.

- Good communication skills to be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization.

- 5+ years SFMC experience across all aspects of asset creation, campaign automation, data flows, and processes.

- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Marketing Cloud Consultant is essential

- Experience in utilizing Journey Builder with a thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration

Experience in building new master lists, data attributes, filters, and data segments for use in campaigns and automation journeys

- Experience in HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT 1. 0, and JavaScript.

- Experience tracking marketing activity with Google Tag Manager

- Extensive knowledge of AMP script and Guide Templates

- Experience in Eloqua and Marketo is desirable.
