Location: Our Office in Milan
Work type: Hybrid
- Assist in the set-up and deployment of YNAP push notifications, working cross functionally on marketing calendars
- Help the business enabling omnichannel customer journeys in marketing operations, digital marketing, and ecommerce ecosystems.
- Support Global CRM industrialise continuous Test and Learn, enabling the department to deliver both engagement and sales targets.
Measuring various areas of performance, observing the necessary KPI and developing process improvement initiatives in the MarTech environment.
- Highly cooperative and adaptable in driving forward testing and experimentation from conception to global execution to support a global strategy
The type of person we are looking for:
- Driven; able to self-start and delivering change
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task.
- People focused; using their soft skills to create collaboration
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Have an understanding of HTML Principles, data analysis and querying languages
- Understanding customer profiling, segmentation and propensity modelling to optimise activities
- Passion for innovative MarTech, seeking out future trends and embryonic capabilities
