Are you ready for your next Marketing Automation adventure? We are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant with relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Within the Data Intelligence team, the MA candidate will: Gather business requirements, both from a marketing and a technical point of view. Convert the requirements into the best solutions to be presented to the client. Set up marketing automation platforms. Design the CJ multichannel campaigns flow (channels: emails, SMS, PN, adv campaigns) and implement them on the assigned platform. Create reports and analyze results to define actionable insights. Interact with several stakeholders, both internal and external, in leading the marketing automation stream. Conduct user training both in Italian and in English. Propose always new and advanced features to scale the assigned projects and overcome the business results. Required Skills At least 2 years' experience working hands-on in Marketing Automation implementations: from platform setup to CJ campaigns flow definition and reporting. Experience in working with Recommendation Engines and real-time personalization. Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines. Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics. Proactive, always keen to learn, well organized, autonomous but able to work in big multidisciplinary teams. Able to communicate project concepts and outcomes to our stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Nice to have Familiarity with CRMs. Experience with advanced marketing automation flows. If specialized in SMC: Experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio and Einstein.
