Marketing Campaign Planning Manager – Southern Europe & Emerging Markets Location: Metropolitan City of Milan, Italy Contract type: Permanent contract Job Description: For the Southern Europe and Emerging Markets cluster, our Milan office is looking for its future Marketing Campaign Planning Manager. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will work transversally with a marketing team of 7 talents. You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing guidelines and delivering assets for the cluster. You will work closely with colleagues in the marketing & sales team of the cluster, EAF teams in Paris, and other marketing teams in Europe to execute effective marketing strategies. The primary focus of this role is to identify the EAF guidelines and adapt them to each market of the cluster. This responsibility involves briefing external or internal suppliers to create local content for the cluster to reach the business objectives and the Marketing strategy. The Marketing Campaign Planning Manager is accountable for the smooth implementation of each Marketing campaign and promotional moments while ensuring quality through regular sanity checks. Responsibilities: Implement EAF guidelines to each market of the cluster, identifying which global guidelines need to be used and which local ones need to be created. Create local content when the same needs have been identified for at least two markets of the cluster. Coordinate the Marketing campaigns (MAP) in collaboration with each Marketing team of the cluster, responsible for identifying common media assets needs. Relay information from all teams (Marketing team, commercial teams) and be responsible for the strategy and implementation of each important promotional moment (6 along the year). Main Missions: Plan, develop, and animate comprehensive marketing campaigns (MAP) across key markets in line with the allocated budget throughout the year. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in online, digital, CRM, PR, social, and the call centre (TEDs) to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes across key channels and tools (Crisp, CMV, etc). Support and coordinate with local marketing teams in monitoring campaign performance and track key metrics to evaluate effectiveness, as well as benchmarking against competitor activity across channels, providing regular reports. Profile Requested: Education: University degree. Proven Marketing qualifications. Successful work experience abroad. Job Experience: 6-8 years' experience in marketing/planning campaigns with experiences in a multicultural environment. Skills Requested: Knowledge: Marketing tools and methods, Market understanding & analytics, Creative, Organisational skills, ability to interact with many departments and teams with different cultures. Skills: Written communication skills, analytical methods, creativity, problem-solving, performance and results-driven, agile and proactive mindset to drive innovation, good interpersonal relationships, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work to deadlines, ability to react quickly, organised. Technical Skills: Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel, briefing competences. Languages: English, French (Italian and Spanish as a plus).
