Marketing Campaign Planning Manager - Southern
The roles and missions:
For the Southern Europe and Emerging Markets cluster, our Milan office is looking for its future Marketing Campaign Planning manager. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be working transversally with a marketing team of 7 talents.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing guidelines and delivering assets for the cluster. You will work closely with colleagues in the marketing & sales team of the cluster, EAF teams in Paris and the other marketing teams in Europe, to execute effective marketing strategies. The primary focus of this role is to identify the EAF guidelines and adapt them to each market of the cluster. The responsibility involves briefing external or internal suppliers to create local content for the cluster*, to reach the business objectives and the Marketing strategy.
The Marketing Campaign Planning manager is accountable of the smooth implementation of each Marketing campaigns and promotional moments while following the quality of the deployment with regular sanity checks.
Responsabilities:
The responsibility of the Marketing Campaign planning manager for the cluster SEEM is divided into 4 pillars:
Responsible of the implementation the EAF guidelines to each market of the cluster with identification of which global guidelines need to be used and which local ones need to be created locally
- Create local content when the same needs have been identified for at least two markets of the cluster.
Coordinate the Marketing campaigns (MAP) in collaboration each Marketing team of the cluster, with the responsibility to identify some common media assets needs.
Relay the information of all the teams (Marketing team, commercial teams) and be the responsible of the strategy and implementation of each important promotional moments (6 along the year)
Main missions
Mission 1: Project manager Marketing campaigns (MAP)
Plan, develop and animate comprehensive marketing campaigns (MAP) across the key markets in line with the allocated budget across the year
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in online, digital, CRM, PR, social and the call centre (TEDs) to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes across key channels and tools (Crisp, CMV, etc)
Give support/coordinate with local marketing teams in monitoring campaign performance and track key metrics to evaluate effectiveness as well as benchmarking against competitor activity across channels providing regular reports
Mission 2: Coordinate, implement guidelines and deliver content from EAF to each local market of the cluster
Identify each content and guidelines of EAF markets, and implement it on each market according to the strategy, the ongoing business and the external context of each market. Be the guarantor of the well implementation.
Be responsible to produce and distribute marketing materials, animations plan, and assets and guarantee the quality check on the deployment for each of the markets.
Mission 3: Create some local content (when it concerns at least 2 markets of the cluster)
Identify local needs according to the Marketing plan and strategy.
Creation of local content happens when it does concern at least 2 markets.
Creation of effective communication assets/materials according to respective channels for local teams of the cluster
Mission 4: Coordination and accountable of the smooth adaptation and implementation of each key promotions
Responsible of all the Marketing implementation, adaptation and creation for the key promotional moments of the year. Ensure the quality check on deployment per market.
Lead the mobilisation/animation moments and presentations for each promotional moment (transversally to all teams)
Profile requested
Education: University degree. Proven Marketing qualifications. Successful work experience(s) abroad.
Job experience: 6-8 years' experience in marketing/planning campaign with experiences in multicultural environment
