**Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and motivated person to support the Coesia Marketing Communication team, willing to learn and work in a dynamic international environment.

- **Content development**: support the creation of marketing communication contents (videos, articles, infographics) together with external agencies, their distribution online and offline and consequent reporting

- **Marketing automation**:support the team activities on Coesia CRM (definition of marketing journeys, audience segments, reporting)

- **Copywriting**: production of texts for marketing materials (DEMs, posts, brochures )

- **Alignment **(with peers, managers, internal departments and suppliers) to gather, structure and share data and information in order to define and meet deadlines and priorities;

**Skills and knowledge required

- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), because you will work with stakeholders from all over the world;

- A degree in Marketing Communication, Economics, Languages, Humanities or related;

- Willingness to develop strong analytical skills;

- A positive and problem-solving attitude; as well as scrupulous and detail oriented

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint;

Additionally

- Past exposure to CRM platforms is considered a plus
