G-nous is looking for a talented Marketing Content Specialist to take charge of creating high-quality content, with a primary focus on developing digital strategies for brand positioning.
You will be a master storyteller with a keen eye for crafting engaging narratives across various platforms. What you will doContent Creation and copywritingDevise and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs. Produce engaging graphic and written content across multiple platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, newsletters. Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve website traffic and organic visibility. Adapt writing style and tone to suit various formats and audience segments while ensuring consistency of brand voice. Social media managementDevelop and manage data-driven editorial plans, to maximise user engagement and effectiveness. Create goal-oriented content calendars focusing on engagement, leads, and awareness. Balance evergreen and timely content to maintain relevance and capitalize on current trends and events. Keep up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platform updates to leverage new opportunities for brand growth. Performance Analysis and OptimizationMonitor content performance using analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, social media insights) to continuously evaluate content and strategy performance. Generate comprehensive periodic reports to identify key performance indicators, areas for improvement, and data-driven optimization opportunities. Implement A/B testing and iterative improvements to refine content strategies based on analytical insights. Who we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2 years in Content Creation ideally within tech companies or communication agencies. Ability to craft engaging and strategic content for both offline and online platforms, weaving compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Adobe Suite and Canva) for creating simple yet effective visual content. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to create search engine-optimized content. Experience with analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure, interpret, and leverage data for continuous strategy improvement. Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as Django or Wordpress, and e-mail marketing platform (e. g.
Mailchimp). Creative skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output across all projects. Excellent multitasking abilities and efficient time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English. Nice to haveKnowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website editing.
