This is a maternity cover role for 6-8 months. Location is close to Monza, Italy, specifically Arcore, Italy. We welcome fresh graduates and entry-level candidates to apply for this role who are interested in pursuing a career in Marketing. This role involves the oversight and delivery of daily marketing activities, coordinating with external consultants, and implementing the company's marketing strategy in the Italian market, supporting the marketing manager. You will also support the marketing team with other marketing activities when required. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing and will support the Italian team with day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities Organize and attend congresses, workshops, and public marketing-related events when required. Manage and attend the participation at aesthetic schools when required. Support the field force and the organization of the sales meeting. Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials with the external team, ensuring consistency with marketing plans. Manage promo materials logistics and expeditions. Execute and optimize promotional and lead local campaigns. Support the marketing manager for cost control. Work with the commercial administrator to manage invoices and payments. Support the country head and the commercial administrator in CRM management. KOL agreements coordination. Required skills & background Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Very good English. Detail-oriented and creative mindset. Experience with marketing tools and strategies. 0-3 years' experience in marketing/brand management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of social networking platforms. Previous experience in the same role is a plus.
