This role is a maternity cover for our marketing specialist.

As marketing coordinator your role involve the oversight and delivery of daily marketing activities, coordinating with external consultants, and implementing the company's marketing strategy in Italian market supporting the marketing manager.

You would also support the marketing team with other marketing activities when required.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing and will support Italian team with day to day tasks.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and attend congresses, workshops and public marketing related events when requiredManage and attend the participation at aesthetic schools when requiredSupport the field force and the organisation of the sales meetingOversee the creation and publication of marketing materials with the external team, ensuring consistency with marketing plans. Manage promo materials logistics and expeditionsExecute and optimize promotional and lead local campaignsSupport the marketing Manager for costs controlWork with the commercial administrator to manage invoices and paymentsSupport the country head and the commercial administrator in CRM managementKOL agreements coordination

Required skills & background

Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fieldsFresh graduates are encouraged to applyVery good EnglishDetail-oriented and creative mindsetExperience with marketing tools and strategies0- 3 years' experience in marketing/brand managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of social networking platformsPrevious experience in same role is a plusSales/commercial experience is a plus
