Marketing Coordinator Emea
Primary Purpose of Role : The EMEA Marketing Coordinator covers aspects marketing such as tradeshow management, public relations, social media, advertising, and marketing budget management as appropriate. Reports to the Marketing Manager. This role provides researching and securing an appropriate venue, coordinating vendors and work within a specified budget to achieve the goals of the event. Specific Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, manage and lead implementation of marketing events (Tradeshow and indirect support): Maintain and manage a company-wide conference calendar with plan and budget Organize and execute pre-event logistics around conferences and trade shows including registration, booth planning, attendance, materials and affiliated event planning Ensure tradeshow objectives are clearly articulated in marketing communication and established goals are met Researches, makes recommendations, and purchases giveaways and other branded promotional items Provides comprehensive communications to attendees and management on tradeshow events, timelines, activities, attendee cell phone lists Coordinate equipment orders with Asset Management Ensures sales leads/customer inquiries are collected, categorized, and distributed to field for follow up Arrange hotel accommodations and meeting facilities for corporate, field sales personnel, and other participants at trade shows and sales meetings Assist in gathering information on restaurants and entertainment facilities in convention cities and coordinate reservations and arrangements when requested Develop attendee list and work schedule Recommend, participate in and implement policies and procedures as they relate to Trade Show and Event programs Coordinate notification and distribution of meeting logistics to attendees Procures and coordinates exhibition services including ordering of related show services, tracking purchase orders, making pre-payments for show services, reconciling post-show invoices, and making final payments Manage project timeline for on-time/on-target deliverables, including artwork deadlines and show shipments Drive effective & efficient channel marketing supporting Channel Managers and Dealers: Provide MARCOM support to dealers utilizing global marketing collateral in response to internal and dealer needs. Develops, manage and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns for Cluster (e. g. tradeshows / events, direct mailing, sales tools, advertising/PR/social media, www, newsletters, customer testimonials, digital campaigns, & lead generation) in a manner that's appropriate for an Indirect dealer model with the support of external agencies. Owns all Cluster market communications for corporate brand and portfolio of products/services working with: Team with WW Marketing in both creating and localizing collateral/sales tools Promote global brand and product/service messaging (e. g. sales literature, brochures/sell sheets, launch plan, product training, www, competitive information) Develop/manage Cluster process for show site, demonstrations (e. g. preparation process and checklist, visit agenda, best practices for showing our equipment, follow-up). Work with RBM and Channel Managers. Required Skills and Experience: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field Master's degree is preferred Relevant Experience 3 years of job-related experience in a B2B environment Prefer experience working in the healthcare industry, with medical device or pharmaceutical ideal Budget Management Skills & Competencies Language skills required: Fluent written and oral English and Italian, third language will be a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary Proven ability to work independently from a satellite location is essential Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a team driven environment and meet tight deadlines is desired Ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances is necessary Ability to think creatively is a must Office skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to learn and utilize tools such as SAP CRM, Tableau, marketing automation tools (email marketing tools e. g. Marketo, Pardot), and social media sites for B2B promotion Strong teamwork and ability to influence across the organization Data analysis and problem solving J-18808-Ljbffr
