Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Costa Smeralda, Italy (Remote working until early May)

Contract Duration: April1st - September 15th (Possible extension)

Reports To: Marketing Manager

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives across digital, social media, events, and brand promotions.

This role will play a key part in executing marketing strategies, coordinating entertainment and PR activities, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and finance teams.

This is a seasonal role, starting with a remote-working period until early May, followed by on-site work for the remainder of the contract.

Responsibilities Manage entertainment, PR activities, and related payments.

Coordinate marketing collateral, including obtaining quotations and approvals.

Oversee communication for promotions and support cross-promotional initiatives.

Engage with bloggers, influencers, and celebrities to enhance brand exposure.

Manage social media presence across Tripadvisor, Instagram, Facebook, and SevenRooms.

Create and distribute engaging content in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

Respond to messages and comments across digital platforms.

Develop creative ideas for social media posts, promotions, and events.

Coordinate photo shoots and promotional video productions.

Oversee graphic design projects for marketing materials.

Provide operational support for private events, entertainment, and special venue décor.

Generate reports and insights on marketing activities for the Marketing Manager.

Additional Benefits & Conditions Shared housing available at €30/month, deducted from the paycheck (transportation not provided).

One staff meal per working day at €0. 90, deducted from the paycheck.

Six-day workweek; additional days/hours compensated per contract regulations.

Monthly Tips & Service Charge: Additional earnings distributed at the end of the season.

Fluency in Italian and English.

Additional languages are a plus.

Who we are looking for A proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for hospitality and entertainment.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Knowledge of graphic design or visual content production is a plus.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
