The position is office-based in Milan with flexible smart working options.

Occasional business travel might be needed.

The position is a six (6) months fixed-term position, to be possibly renewed or extended to permanent.

**Responsibilities

The Intern will have the opportunity to experience a Marketing Coordinator position, working with the Italian Marketing and Sales teams to support all company business units.

The role will focus on the successful implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management solution.

This program is imperative to the delivery of the strategic marketing campaigns and communications.

These campaigns improve ongoing business relationships with customers and partners, nurture and nudge demand generation that supporting the Italian business goals.

A key responsibility for the role will be to ensure all data is GDPR compliant, with proactive audience outreach for consent, transparency, and governance of personal data.

- Digital and Social Marketing_

- Support the Italian website and blog, with updates and improvements, working with the Corporate and regional teams and agencies

- Support development and implementation of nudge and nurture demand generation digital campaigns

- Coordinate with Corporate PR the localisation and assist with the production of Italian versions and help originate Italian material

- Marketing Planning and Reporting_

- Support the Marketing Manager with the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan

- Maintain the required facts and statistics for reporting, planning and feedback

- Monitor the work of the local marketing agencies to ensure that goals are achieved to the agreed quality timescales, standards, and budgets

- Marketing Materials_

- Coordinate corporate content localisation and assist with the production of Italian collateral, including digital and printed formats, and videos

- Manage and update on a regular basis marketing internal tools, resources, and assets, so that they are easy to access and use

**Qualifications

- Motivated, self-sufficient professional with great attention to detail and the ability to persist

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Enthusiastic, driven, used to working on their own under own initiative

- Team player with positive, can-do attitude

- Previous experience in a B2B marketing role would be highly desirable

- Experience implementing and successfully completing projects

- Good organisational skills

- Fluent in oral and written English, which is essential for this role, as well as in Italian

- Experience in Information Technology and Healthcare market would be desirable.
