**Marketing Coordinator** (M/F)

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Support to the creation of in-house communication material to push Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Spa additional sales among the hotel guests.

- Support in maintaining and updating the hotel website page and the Restaurant Web Site with new contents, packages, and events in coordination with the Events and Marketing Coordinator and the Headquarter Marketing Team.

- Support the development of relations to get most of the local attractions and activities such as Golf Clubs, cultural excursions, sports activities, destination highlights.

- Support the content creation for social media hotel pages in cooperation with the Marketing Manager and the Headquarter Communication Manager.

- Support the management of events and in-house communication, being these corporate events (i. e.

incentives or leisure groups), social events (i. e.

weddings), travel motives related events (i. e.

yoga retreats) or marketing events (i. e.

press and opening events and Golf Cup).

- Working Hours: 40 hours per week ( including Saturday & Sunday when necessary )

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- A professional experience in the field of marketing could be a plus

- Good knowledge of the Italian media landscape and professional connections

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop as a plus

- Affinity to Social Media and Online Marketing

- Strong communication skills, ability to inspire and influence

- Creative and innovative spirit with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Perfect Italian and very good English, German and/or other languages are a plus
