design the yearly Marketing calendar; identify the key product focus and develop the related 360 Plans; coordinate at central level all the Marketing initiatives supporting the launches (online and offline) in cooperation with the HQ company functions involved Develop and share the 360 Plans with the zones to allow local deployment Monitorlaunch sales performance and cooperate with the zones Marketing and Merchandising teams to understand specific local needs and develop solutions to meet business needs/identify areas of improvement for future launches Lead cross-department 360 projects (Launch initiatives, Special Capsules) Maintain a keen eye for trends across markets and monitors competitive activity in products, prices, and channels Lead a team of 3 Develop strong partnerships with internal departments, including Product and Merchandising, Communication, Omnichannel, Supply Chain and Finance to achieve high operational efficiency Profile 5 years experience in similar role.

Luxury industry is a plus Strong strategic mindset, with ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines Strong project management skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally Solid product aesthetic sense and commercial acumen; able to influence during the market process Capability to inspire and manage a team, a teambuilder Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English
