**What is the role about?
- The main mission of the role is to understand our markets in the EMEA region and the opportunities for growth in manufacturing and 4. 0 Industry markets;
- Leading the go-to-market strategy definition and deployment where events will be one the main tactics;
- Increase our visibility;
- Leading and managing an intercultural team in several countries;
- Reporting to Vice President Marketing EMEA based in Milan.
**What will your main tasks be?
- Generate opportunities to increase revenues of the region using the portfolio of existing customers (account-based marketing approach);
- Define and deploy go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns;
- Developing the awareness of our solutions with the right network of partners;
- Manage a team of skilled marketing specialists;
- Analyze trends and opportunities;
- Develop communication and relationships with customers;
- Be the ambassador of our brand in industry events;
- Manage the press relations activities in the region;
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams;
- Define, follow and control budget;
- Follow KPIs for measuring the effectiveness of your action plans.
- 8+ years' experience in managing marketing operations in a B2B and high-tech environment;
- Experience for a provider of Hardware / Software / Industrial Equipment / Manufacturing/ Industry 4. 0 / IIOT solutions is required;
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and ability to inspire and share your passion;
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization;
- Strong analytical capacities and data-driven;
- Excellent leadership and management skills;
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English (oral and written);
- Italian is mandatory; French / Spanish / German language skills are welcome;
- Structured and good organization and planning skills;
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
- Home-office policy: 1 day per week.
