**What you will do**:

- Conduct research on local events to attend, price compare, and prepare contracts with venues

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event experience

- Track performance of events, including leads generated and sales opportunities created

- Schedule, host, and handle invitations and follow-ups for monthly corporate webinars

- Use marketing technology such as Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, Sendoso, and Go-To-Webinar

- Other ad hoc projects to support the Demand Generation team

**Who you are**:

- A rising senior or recent college graduate, studying Business, Marketing or a related field

- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time, while standing for long hours at event booths

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills

- Located in the Greater Boston Area
