Marketing Executive
For a leading Private Equity company, I'm currently looking for a Marketing Executive.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Assist with executing the planning and delivery of the local marketing plan within the region, ensuring alignment with business primacies with each stage of the funnel (Awareness, Engagement and Consideration) in mind, using innovative platforms and channels to fuel production and distribution.
- Working in partnership with the content, digital & campaigns teams to implement cross channel marketing plans for your region across the full range of marketing disciplines.
Activities may include strategic and tactical campaigns (products, thematic, brand or education).
- Assisting with the region's events management and logistics, considering the full pre, during and post event experience.
- Work together with the central marketing and design teams to ensure all assets are consistent and align to regional nuances.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and integrate them into your work flow.
- Maintaining knowledge of your regions' clients to maximise ROI.
- Be forward thinking and suggest areas for optimization, content amplification and personalization within the overarching strategy based on this insight.
- Carry out the day-to-day processes for the translation/transcreation and compliance approval process for your regional documents.
- Providing support in monitoring and analyzing all performance - keeping metrics at the center of all you do.
Being an advocate for the importance of reporting and making data driven decisions.
- A high level of interaction and close teamwork will be required, with business partners, central/local marketing, and affiliate marketing teams.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as marketing agencies, media outlets and freelancers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the asset management or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- English and Italian/Spanish essential.
- French/German languages an advantage but not essential
