The Marketing Executive will help the Company to achieve new levels of performance and success doing the following activities:

- Support to develop the Company's brand positioning in Italy, by identifying target audiences and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments;

- Execution of marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving collaboration;

- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Online Trading Company|Proven experience in the financial industry within marketing

**Desired requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the **financial industry** within marketing;

- Proven experience in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns;

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;

- Highly organized and detail-oriented;

- Strong writing skills to develop accurate and complete briefs for critical projects and campaigns;

- Experience in creation, proofreading and editing copy for marketing and advertising write-ups for various channels, ensuring a consistent voice;

- Advanced English language skills

**As an advantage**:

- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy;

- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
