**We are currently seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer** **for our PORTS office in Milan, as part of the Global Team, directly reporting to the Marketing Manager.
How you will contribute:
- Create the content planning and follow up on execution and post-production of image and video for all digital tools: web design and update, newsletters, social media platforms, product customization tools, and also projects like lookbooks, ad campaign/e-commerce shootings, supporting live stream of fashion show etc.
- Support the Marketing Manager & work in a cross-functional way with key areas of the company and our external agencies to facilitate the conception and full execution of each marketing project and ensure the quality could fit in the company's standard
Who you are
- 5+ years of digital experience in a similar position within the fashion luxury industry.
- Experience with CMS platforms, web analysis tools, and advanced mastery in Adobe Creative Package (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere, Illustrator)
**Technicalities for Graphic ability**:
- Essential training in graphic design (Schools of graphic design, Decorative Arts, etc.
)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint + Excel).
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads (FB and IG) and Display Network.
- In depth understanding and mastering the main online acquisition channels: Social media, Display, Affiliation, Programmatic
- Expertise of the main Web analysis tools (Google Analytics with enhanced eCommerce, Social platforms tracking capabilities)
- Portfolio online or in PDF essential
- Creative and curious mindset to aid in collaborating with internal & external teams to develop ad-hoc content with a strong understanding of visual concept direction-execution and a good sense of post-production.
- Strong attention to details and ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Proficient in English and Italian
**Requirements**:
- newsletter design update in klaviyo
- sending out to selected database via klaviyo
- web site update via shopify
- manage IG business account (posting/advertisement)
- to handle all the graphics request, starting from the concept, idea and so make some proposals.
-to handle the external agency
- able to handle content and content's calendar.
- able to be also a backup whenever there are fashion show, so all the activities behind invitation, gift, livestream, co-ordinate with production house to make sure the video shooting include important content etc. .
- co-ordinate with production agencies for shooting
- assist in shooting including iron clothes, dressing models, able to accept also many manual works as prepare material for shipment or show, to make inventory, to check barcode and hangtag if the collection come back from shooting or others.
- working close to the product office and logistic
- during the show to assist the marketing manager in many manual works and under a huge pressure in terms of people and hours.
- independent, willing to read manual and learn new software
- advantage if have knowledge in using vlook up in excel, e-com
- team player, easy adapt to different culture
