During this program you will:

Amgen is looking for two internships for the Oncohematology Business Unit.

The resources will be placed within the Marketing Department in the Multiple Myeloma and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia areas.

They will support the assigned Tutor in all activities related to the department, actively participating and receiving on-the-job training.

Internship activities: Support communication plan and creation of the related promotional materials.

The intern will be accountable for the quality and consistency of the contents to the product strategy.

Design and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the company website dedicated to hematologists and KPIs monitoring.

Analysis of the effectiveness of communication strategies, highlighting best practices and opportunities for optimization.

Collaboration with the cross-functional team about internal meetings and training for the field force.

We seek a candidate with these qualifications:

Preferred Scientific degree.

Master's degree in Marketing and Management or related field.

Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) with strong interest in developing skills in these tools.

Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Strong organizational skills, good stress management, and quick thinking.

Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic environment with curiosity.

Motivation and desire to learn communication and cross-functional working in the context of the pharmaceutical industry.

Good problem-solving skills, proactivity, and an attitude towards teamwork.
