The **Marketing Intelligence Manager** will support the Group Business Development agenda at central level providing insights on the overall market landscape, quantitative modelling future trends based on macroeconomic factors, competition moves, and industry specific phenomena.
- As Marketing Intelligence Manager, you will be reporting to the Marketing & Business Intelligence Director, and you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Forecast how industry and macroeconomic drivers influence key markets and products on a 3-5-year horizon
- Periodically analyze Ariston Group market share on key markets and products, leveraging both certified external data and own estimates
- Build strong analytical back-ups where certified external data are not available, being able to compromise between level of detail and clear indication of trends (80:20 approach)
- Research external sources that can support better insights (e. g. , competitors declarations, import/export, ) and proactively contribute to further develop the Group's intelligence practices, tools and framework
- Build trustworthy relationship with key stakeholders, based on reciprocal challenging and sharing of information
- Timely deliver top management reporting, with a focus on highlighting clear messages
- Support over selected priority local projects, leveraging insight gathered in the daily tasks
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is required, while knowledge of data crunching (e. g. , Alterys) and data visualization (e. g. , PowerBi) platforms represents a plus.
Strong English language skills is given.
Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a bias for pragmatic & measurable results are essential to be successful in the role.
Continuous improvement ideas are also largely appreciated.
Willingness to understand new cultures and business dynamics, stakeholders' management, and planning skills (also of more junior resources potentially supporting the role) complete the profile.
