Such talent will support the product manager in strategic projects for the brand. In particular, you will:Report to the product manager and collaborate with the cross-functional teamDevelop and execute new product launches for make-up and skincareAnalyze market and competitionManage projects for both online and retail channelSupport in developing internal presentationsEnsure timely project deliveryActively manage communications with all stakeholders ensuring everyone is updatedWhat you will need to succeedDegree in Economics, Marketing or CommunicationPrevious internship experience in a similar role for a multinational company preferredGood knowledge of Office packageGood knowledge of Microsoft outlookAnalytical and organizational skillsPassion for beauty industryFluent in EnglishWe would love if you hadKnowledge of Chinese marketA leader-driven approach: Thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering results; Placing the customer first, driving change and leading by example; Collaborating, growing expertise and embracing diversityAbility to learn on the jobStrong problem-solving skills detail-orientedHighly collaborative style willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedback KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
