Agicap allows CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers and get paid.
Cash is King, and Agicap fundamentally reshapes the way companies manage one of their greatest pain points.
Our ambition is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide.
To help us get there we have raised 4 rounds of fundings so far, with prestigious VC funds including Greenoaks, Partech, BlackFin and most recently in November 2024 of €45M with AVP.
These additional resources further fuel our product innovation, allowing us to grow significantly the team by welcoming new talents and accelerating our international expansion across Europe. We are now over 500 people.

You will report directly to our Marketing Specialist, Alex Malench, and will work closely with the CS, Sales, and Partnerships team in Milan.

What you'll learn in the job:Customer Lifecycle Management - working on projects to enhance the experience of Agicap customers and contribute to the company's upselling, activation and renewal targetsLead Generation - helping the local sales team to achieve their sales targets by directing prospects to Agicap content and eventsEvent Planning - supporting the planning, organising and management of events (webinars, conferences and in person events hosted by Agicap)Social Media Management - optimising the Italian LinkedIn performanceContent Creation - preparing articles, white papers, presentations and landing pages (e. g. in Contentful & Hubspot)Growing a Brand - help to establish the AGICAP brand in the Italian market as the market leader for cash flow managementProject Management - organising end-to-end projects (e. g. recordings of customer video testimonials incl. requirements, planning of recordings, transcriptions etc. ) ? ? What we'd like to see from you:You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's/Master's degree or have already completed itYou have initial project management skills and excellent communication skillsYou are ambitious and motivated to achieve your goals, want to learn and drive your team forwardYou have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively process large volumes of information, and consistently meet deadlines while achieving objectivesYou are a native Italian speaker and you're fluent in EnglishYou're passionate about new technologies
