**About the role**:

We are currently looking for a Marketing intern to join our Neuromodulation team based in our offices in Milan or Madrid.

During this internship period you will:

- Be exposed to the European Marketing team, MAMED team, and C&CE teams supporting the region of EMEA.

- Have opportunities to report out to the Marketing Senoior leadership and Division senior leadership.

- Learn how to work in a complex, cross-functional, global fast-paced commercial environment at EMEA level.

- Support and build key pan-EMEA and local impact level initiatives.

- Gain experience in the Medical Affairs & Medical Education, Commercial execution, Commercial training, and Marketing and at a European level.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the MAMED team:

- Act as primary support role for Medical Education Events Coordination

- Support on MAMED Surveys

- Drive MAMED KOLs Database Project to high level of completion.

- Tracking and reporting out of MAMED Key Performance Indicators.

- Supporting the C&CE team:

- Primary role of Sales Cloud and gFIM administrator and troubleshooting support.

- Support ad hoc basis Multi channel team with digital initiatives such as e-detailing.

- Support Training & Commercial Capabilities Manager on training coordination.

- Tracking of course attendees of internal training.

- Tracking and reporting out of Strategic Key Performance Indicators for Senior Leadership, Finance and wider organization.

- Support C&CE Business Partner to report out regular communication on Sales Cloud adoption.

- Internal Communication project & ad hoc support:

- Support initiatives to improve communication within the Neuromodulation division.

- Support implementation of Espresso weekly communication platform.

- Any other ad hoc Marketing projects needing support.

**What are we looking for in you?

- Student/Graduating or Graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.

- Fluency in English (B2 or higher).

Additional European language is desirable.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Analytical thinking, good communication and relationship-making abilities skills

- High planning and organizational skills to support the management and execution of projects.

- Flexible to work with new technology and have a willingness to learn and develop within the role.

- Willingness to travel (to participate in meetings or conferences) if required

- Sales Cloud familiarity would be considered a plus (training will be given nonetheless)
