**Marketing Intern - Skin Care**:

JOB MISSION

The mission will be to support the product manager in developing high-quality products that, through image, effectiveness, sustainability, and marketability, enable lasting value enhancement for the company, distributors, and customers, while supporting the company's sustainable values.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate competitors' activity as well as market and category performance to identify opportunities to improve category performance (prices check, item assortments, competitors' lines etc);

Liaise with translation agency for the creation of sales/education support materials;

Update product artworks with new logos;

Manage the re-organization of our archives of image;

Support in the creation of new codes for special countries;

Assist in ensuring the implementation of launches, promotions and brand specific activities (update sales and product reports, filling in orders or codes etc).

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or business administration;

A real passion for and understanding of beauty products is a must;

Fluency in English are required;

Accuracy, analytical skills and important attention to detail;

Excellent analytical and organizational skills;

Strong interpersonal relationship skills;

Proactivity and high problem solving skills.
