**You will be involved in the following activities

- Observe and learn within the context of the Vaccines Business Unit through interaction with a cross-functional team and marketing team

- Help with daily **administrative tasks** within the Business Unit (e. g purchase orders, events invitation letters, materials requests. . . )

- ** SAP **system use for the **movements of marketing materials**:

- Involvement in frequent **cross functional activities and updates**:

- Support the team with the elaboration of Excel files and Power Point presentations

- Gain insights on the **very diversified activities **that a marketing team faces day by day

- Develop **project management** skills by working closely with the PMO in developing and optimizing internal processes, best practices, and implementing improvement plans to achieve business objectives.

**About you

- Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing or related fields

- Good English (minimum level: B2)

- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong motivation to learn the _Sales & Marketing Specialist_ role.
