Position Summary

Job Purpose

- You will be part of Visual Display Business Unit that defines plans and product marketing strategies for Large Format Displays products and you will report to Business Unit Manager;

- Your task will be quantitive analysis of business monitor and you will be in charge to provide analytics support to Product Managers and Sales Department;

- You will also be responsible for Ship&Debit for which you will be the key-driver of this process;

- You will must provide keen reports and analytics through Excel and Powerpoint.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Your main task will be the principal responsible for Ship&Debit process.

This process foreseen the analysis of Distributor sellthrough data matching with Sales Force data.

It requires quantitive analytical skills and trust at 100%.

At the end of process, you will be the final approver of Ship&Debit funds assigned to Distributors.

- Implement and revise new tools of reporting on sales progress and B2B team and customer target achievement for (PRM) customer incentives definition.

- Ensure proper communication with sales accounts and distributor staff in order to share process and progress of Ship&Debit process.

- Provide weekly analyses to Product Managers and Sales division (sales analysis by product / channel, stock reports, billing reports, etc.

).

- Support data collection for preparation of powerpoint presentation in order to provide analytics and insight to all departments and managers of Visual Display division.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Mgmt Engineering.

- Professional Background: Marketing / Sales data analysis experience of at least 2 years.

- Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.

- Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
