Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced, talented, dynamic & self-directed Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and evaluate customer-facing multi-channel strategies for Amazon Fresh.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering highest-quality benefits and customer experience to millions of Prime customers.

The person in this role is responsible for crafting and maintaining traffic channels in Amazon Fresh and across 3P brands, building the targeting strategy and communicating with customers to build awareness, attract new customers, increase conversion and retention.

- This is a 12 months fixed term contact.

Key job responsibilities

- Support on Amazon Fresh merchandising strategy for Ultra-Fast Grocery

- Manage campaign execution while achieving key performance metric goals

- Create and analyze performance metrics and make business decisions about future direction based on performance

- Evangelize program initiatives internally and externally to build awareness and drive participation

- Partner with Traffic and CX technical and business teams to build supporting automation and to launch new features

- English and Italian - good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

- Post-graduate education
