Our client is looking for a brilliant Marketing Manager with an experience of at least 7 years in a similar role in a well-structured company (preferably in the FMCG business).

Fluent in English.

Area Rome.

Main tasks:

- Definition of the marketing strategy from a brand, packaging, social media/digital and any marketing materials perspective;

- Definition of the appropriate action plan for both food service and retail channels;

- Contribution to the growing brand awareness and image strengthening in the market, both in Italy and internationally;

- Daily collaboration both with internal functions and with external agency for the development of the Marketing plan;

- Use of all the marketing leverages to enhance and support the company strategy to reach business targets;

- Analysis of the international panorama in terms of trends, market share, competition;

- Structuring Marketing processes and KPIs.

- Fluent English knowledge;

- Strong creative capabilities developed through extensive marketing and communication projects ;

- Excellent communication and social skills;

- Willingness, capacity and required commitment to work in a SME/family driven environment;

- Proactivity, notably in proposing news ideas.

Location: Rome area.
