**Job Description**:

We are looking for experienced **Marketing Manager **to join our team!

This is an exciting new role with a young and rapidly growing company.

- Manages relationships with external media buyers on a day-to-day basis

- Create advertising campaigns

- Writing or reviewing copy

- Implement and manage copy writing and recording system for video ads

- Implement and manage creation and testing system for new Creatives

- Implement demand generation strategies and campaigns

- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts

- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts

- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges

- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue

- Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and drive revenue

**Qualifications**:

- At list 2 years of experience in demand generation or a related field

- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software

- Experience in copywriting

- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to change

- A desire to learn and grow in the marketing field

- Fluency in Italian and English language
