Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven DGSHAPE Marketing Manager to elevate brand visibility and drive sales growth across the EMEA region. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, leveraging the full marketing mix with a strong focus on event management, content and social media strategies. By conducting market analysis and competitor research, the Marketing Manager will identify key opportunities to position DGSHAPE as an industry leader within the dental labs and dental practices markets. Key Responsibilities: Event Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee high-impact events, including tradeshows, industry events, webinars, and dealer/customer gatherings, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the comprehensive EMEA/global events calendar to ensure seamless coordination. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams to implement innovative strategies and effective tactics that enhance brand positioning. Event Operations: Manage all aspects of event execution, from vendor sourcing and contracting to onsite supervision, with flexibility to handle both owned and third-party events. Budget and ROI Management: Track event budgets and measure success metrics, providing actionable feedback on ROI. Social Media Strategy: Own and develop engaging social media campaigns tailored to EMEA audiences, collaborating with Sales teams for localized messaging. Content Creation: Work with Brand & Communications teams to produce compelling advertising materials (PPC, Display & Video). Dealer and Partner Engagement: Drive brand presence at dealer-led events and exhibitions, ensuring DGSHAPE's prominence in the market. Lead Management: Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to ensure efficient lead generation and follow-up processes. Communication Management: Coordinate internal and external communications through multiple platforms, serving as the point of contact for EMEA with DGSHAPE HQ. Skills and Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing and event production within a technology-driven environment, preferably with international exposure. Proficient in English (native or equivalent); additional European language skills are highly desirable. Proven ability to leverage cross-functional resources and deliver exceptional results in a matrixed organization. Cultural awareness and ability to navigate diverse business environments with professionalism and adaptability. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to design unique attendee experiences. Strong proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools like Photoshop or InDesign is a plus.
