Zelros develops the first AI software dedicated to the insurance distribution of tomorrow.

Zelros for Distribution enables insurance players to offer a fluid and personalized experience from intelligent lead management through need analysis and advice to automated underwriting.

Zelros solutions are used daily by advisors, agents and managers of insurers such as MAIF, BPCE Group, Groupama, Crédit Agricole, La Banque Postale, Matmut AssurOne and +Simple.

In February 2021 Zelros closed a Series A fund raising of $11 million.

At Zelros, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing organization.

You will be in charge of leading the execution of our marketing & communication strategy to improve the visibility and notoriety of Zelros and to accelerate our commercial development in the Italian region.

You will adapt the Zelros marketing messages and develop them on various print and digital media (brochures, website, video, etc.

).

In relation with the Italian sales team, you will select and manage the organization of external events in which Zelros participates or which Zelros organizes (trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer and partner events).

You will be contributing to the marketing &communication planning & budget definition and you will monitor the performance of your plan to measure the ROI of the different projects and campaigns.

Preferred experience You speak fluently Italian

You have a post graduation in Business Administration and you have a first confirmed experience (2 years minimum) in a marketing and communication role, preferably acquired in a B2B and technological sector or in the insurance industry

You are comfortable with writing marketing content for technological products (company presentation, product sheets, blog, newsletter).

You are comfortable with the following tools:

Google suite, Graphic creation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Wordpress, Mailchimp or equivalent

You have some knowledge in SEO / SEA

You possess both analytical and strategic acumen, while being able to produce and carry out operational activities.

You have an entrepreneur spirit, you want to live an adventure and join an ambitious start-up

You are interested in understanding how to disrupt the insurance industry

Autonomous, you have a taste for challenge and a sense of teamwork.

A very good level of English is required.
