Focusing on our FMCG & Retail offering, your responsibilities will include managing strategic Brand Activation with an emphasis on Content, Events, Partnerships, and Account-Based Marketing in the region.
Your contribution will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, enhancing marketing operations in the Italy region. This role offers flexibility: fully office-based (Milan), hybrid, or fully remote. Native Italian language skills are essential for this position. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):Develop and drive thought leadership to position YouGov as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the FMCG & Retail space, with a focus on our Shopper intelligence offeringPlay a role in developing and executing the Account-Based Marketing strategy in Italy to increase revenue and share of walletCollaborate closely with the commercial and research teams to understand objectives, priorities, and key accountsIncrease awareness of YouGov's brand and leading products & services across the Italy region, one of our largest markets, and within our FMCG & Retail customers using tactical marketing activities. Support the wider marketing team in launching, maintaining, and optimizing the Italian content marketing program across the FMCG & Retail sectors , including reports, articles, rankings, webinars, and newsletters. Continuously monitor metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessRepresent Italy Field Marketing, developing internal positioning and driving advocacy throughout the businessThese are the essentials you'll need to get an interview:2-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, developing strategies to achieve annual revenue targetsItalian native language skills, both spoken and written, and good command of EnglishExperience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across departmentsExperience with marketing automation systems, CRMs, and reporting tools (we use Marketo, Salesforce, and PowerBi)Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insightsStrong project management and quantitative skillsIt would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't:Proven success in managing in-person and digital events to drive measurable demandExpertise in developing and optimizing account-based marketing campaigns to acquire new clientsExperience in the FMCG and/or retail industryExperience in managing PR activitiesHere's a bit about us: YouGov is a global online research company, offering insight into what the world thinks, wants, and buys.
