Comte de Montaigne , the authentic Maison De Champagne de prestige of Aube, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead worldwide market and brand expansion. You will develop the brand portfolio profitability and deliver outstanding value to our customers by driving sales and building brand image. You will also deliver an outstanding brand statement and consumer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop business strategy to meet market share and profitability goals. Marketing Plan Luxury brand Image Guardian Work with marketing team to adapt luxury global marketing strategies and calendar to meet channel/operators needs. Prepare, propose, and implement brand plan and luxury strategies by market/client building prestige, rarity, and relevance for the brand. Elaborate, implement, and control budgets in accordance with the agreed brand plan. Prepare and conduct business review presentation. Media and social 360° development with the digital/PR team. Management of external agencies, close collaboration with the artistic director of the Maison. Retail Operations & Events & Education Create big luxury events for customers/operators and define/follow the budget. Follow existing luxury events and exclusive dinners for existing and new customers. Development and setup fairs and retail events in Italy and abroad. Organize Champagne Masterclass for key customers. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing of luxury champagne, wine & spirits or luxury brand and hospitality. Experience in marketing and luxury event activation. Social & Media amplification. Experience in managing P&L and budgeting. Highly motivated individual, energetic, team-builder with strong interpersonal skills. Result-oriented, consumer-oriented, customer-oriented. Available to travel 20-30% or more when required. Language skills: Italian and English mandatory full proficiency. French a big plus.
