Marketing Manager - Canale Ho.Re.Ca
Our client is an important company operating in the FMCG industry based in Genoa. In order to enforce the HQ Marketing Team, we are looking for a Marketing Manager.
**Posizione:**:This person will be a key member of the marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director and will be in charge for turbo-charging the growth of the business and building a strong and consistent digital presence for the brand.
The main tasks are:
- Develop and create a strong brand identity and a strong presence on ho. re. ca channel;
- Maximise revenue and return on direct channels, planning and optimizing campaigns and analysing results;
- Drive the E-Commerce and digital presence of the brand, managing and continuously optimizing all the e-commerce and digital properties;
- Analyse local e-Retail Market Size and Key Players, actively scouting for new e-commerce opportunities (pure players, flash sales, new channels etc.
);
- Manage Amazon and other Key retailers / marketplaces, monitoring sales prices and content on their properties and proposing and implementing necessary support campaigns;
- Develop and execute marketing plans that optimise sell-in/sell-out, including NPD development;
- Define Product Assortment & Bundling, Visual Merchandising and Promotions Guidelines, making sure the Brand assortment is perfectly aligned with the specific platform's needs and best practices;
- Partner with the Sales Team to support and coordinate other customer e-commerce presence;
- Manage logistic needs & specificities (with Supply Chain) and Ensure product availability (no Out Of Stock);
- Partner with the Marketing and R&D team to develop in the mid/long term new customer propositions, such as (but not limited to): subscription-based offers, limited editions, e-commerce-only dedicated products.
**Requisiti:**:Requirements:
- Strong experience in food&beverage marketing with a strong focus on food service channel;
- Strong experience in e-commerce environment, digital marketing and/or online retail propositions;
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer digital proposition and/or Subscription-based digital businesses is a plus;
- Experience in a fast-paced start up / entrepreneurial environment is a plus;
- Ability to turn analysis into the development and deployment of actionable solutions;
- Strong project management skills;
- Entrepreneurial mind-set able to constantly propose new ideas and to embrace a continuous test & learn mindset;
- Analytical skills and demonstrated data driven approach;
- Work with a spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, cooperation;
- Fluent English, French and/or German a plus.
