La tua nuova azienda A pharmaceutical company among the top five pharmaceutical companies operating in the Italian market and a growing international presence, with branches in almost 30 countries. Il tuo nuovo ruolo The Marketing Manager CDMO primary goal is to generate new customer leads by enhancing brand and presence (physically or online) in the most relevant spots (conferences and partnering events). Key responsibilities: Generate lead for CDMO BD team including but not limited to arranging conferences participation. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify new market opportunities and ensure a healthy marketing funnel. Evaluate, interpret, and communicate the success of marketing campaigns and tactics to different teams, including business leaders. Collaborate with all commercial partners to develop impactful tools for incremental revenue growth. Develop and implement tools to promote CDMO BD effectiveness and engagement. Manage marketing budget, metrics, and roadmaps to ensure timely execution and adherence to plan. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo You have a previous experience in CDMO/Pharma industry in this role. You have a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, key contacts and technology applications. Your previous role include high performances with web, ecommerce, seminars, conferences, and digital channels. You have a fluent English; a second language would be preferred.
