Aegis Human Consulting Group specialised in recruiting high-profile professionals on behalf of a group active in online courses for professionals in Italy, we are now looking for a:
**Marketing Manager - Digital & Innovation
The role is designed to be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a thorough Marketing Strategy, embracing both digital and traditional marketing;
- Digital campaign planning, optimization, and analysis across digital platforms;
- Managing owned digital touchpoints (website and local social channels);
Key Responsibilities:
DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNING
- Define the digital media strategy with the support of the media agency, granting a full-funnel approach in alignment with the business targets defined by the Managing Director;
- Manage execution in paid digital channels through local agency, especially on search, social, and display channels, track performance, and ensure that local agency is kept aligned to business needs;
- Ensure spend optimization by driving the evolution to a data-driven approach through the definition of a set of metrics to be regularly monitored, audience building, and optimization over time;
- Together with the media agency drive a dynamic performance evaluation of all campaigns (traffic to the website, interest in specific courses) and provide weekly and monthly reports;
- Drive the media agency manage to efficiently allocate the given digital budget across channels on a weekly and monthly base;
- Brief the creative agency to define all needed assets to deploy the media campaign and review all contents before execution;
- Monthly tracking of the digital budget consumption;
- Pursue initiatives to increase the quality of the leads and the overall conversion ratio.
OWNED MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- In collaboration with the SEO agency, be responsible for all needed content adaptation to the website to maximize its optimization towards search engines;
- Define the editorial plans for all social media channels (FB, IG, LinkedIn) and coordinate the media agency for their execution and moderation;
- Ongoing monitoring of the social media activities developed by competitors and tracking of best practices in the field;
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly social media reporting;
- In addition to owned social media, scout opportunities for defining potential collaboration with talents and influencers.
CRM MANAGEMENT
- Support in the implementation of the company CRM platform aimed at building and growing the customer database;
- Develop good expertise in managing the CRM platform to provide monthly analysis of the database to be shared with the media and creative agencies to optimize the segmentation strategy;
MARKETING STRATEGY
- Identify and develop marketing activities aimed at increasing the quality of leads, increasing the number of leads and consequently increase the conversion ratio;
- Develop a thorough marketing strategy, that might include both traditional and digital marketing techniques, in accordance with the overall business strategy;
- Implement such strategies across multiple channels.
**Requirements**:
- 5- 8 years of experience working in digital media;
- Experience from B2C companies in marketing/digital roles (preferred fields: education, insurance, banking, online services, retail, fashion);
- Strong in digital media planning, digital marketing, and social media;
- Fluent in English - verbally and written;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required;
- Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, meeting work deadlines effectively;
- Good understanding of both branding and performance marketing.
