Marketing Manager, Electrical & Electronics (F/M/D)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Provides leadership for product lines or market segments.
Defines the long-range strategic direction of the business/product line.
Markets the organization's products, brands and/or services.
Develops and evaluates pricing strategies and structures.
Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
**RESPONSIBILTIES DESCRIPTION
- Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sectors.
- Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e. g. , print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services.
Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- May plan, implement and evaluate the strategy for marketing organization brands to various distribution channels (i. e. , wholesalers, retailers, distributors), including coordinating merchandising, promotion and commercial collaboration projects between the Company and distribution channels to increase demand for products and services.
**QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced professional or supervisor with in-depth knowledge in a technical or specialized area, responsible for completing complex tasks requiring interpretation of policies and practices, under mínimal supervision.
May supervise employees, focused on task performance, and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized processes
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and advanced knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and differentiators in the market.
- Has built a detailed understanding of market, function, processes and policies gained through multiple years of experience.
- Interprets and applies organizational policies; recommends changes/improvements to specialized processes and procedures.
- May have formal supervisory responsibilities, guiding and prioritizing the activities of individual contributors with similar responsibilities.
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Works independently with mínimal guidance, providing guidance to less senior team members.
- Assignments often require independent judgment and evaluation.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
