To do so, we experiment, learn a lot, and work with a wide range of internal and external partners to build a new touch point for our customers. This Marketing Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a deep understanding of video marketing, actively contribute to the innovation in this space, and cooperate with a wide range of internal and external partners to drive Marketing and Tech projects forward.
This role requires an analytical mindset, strong business sense, willingness to constantly learn, and a high degree of ownership to get things done.
The successful candidate for this role will be comfortable having a bias for action, diving deep, and delivering results.
You will own campaigns and projects end to end, contribute to crafting annual campaign plans, work closely with creative, tech, and BI teams. Key job responsibilitiesOwn Video Marketing Campaigns end-to-end and deliver resultsPlan, create, execute, monitor, and optimize video marketing campaignsDevelop a deep understanding and precise practice of using the relevant tools to run campaignsPeriodically analyze, make sense of, and report campaign metricsWrite and pursue creative briefs, up to completing the creative productionContribute to drafting annual campaign roadmapsEstablish, document, and share best practices in campaign managementCollaborate closely with cross-team marketing professionals, creatives, Tech and Business Intelligence TeamsWork with creative partners to establish end to end processesPartner with Amazon marketing teams to surface synergies, share learnings of the program, and design joint campaignsPartner with Tech and BI Teams to periodically provide inputs, insights, data, and knowledgeCoordinate with other regional Amazon marketing teams to help them progressContinuously learn more about the main aspects that drive innovation in the video marketing spaceLearn incumbent and new video marketing solutions, incrementality measurement methodologies, and creative best practices in the industryDocument, apply, and share these learnings with partner marketing teamsAbout the teamEU Social Ads YouTube Video Ads Program at Amazon helps our customers to discover and re-engage with products, categories, offers, and more value at Amazon by running video marketing campaigns with inspiring content.

To do so, we experiment, learn a lot, and work with a wide range of internal and external partners to build a new touch point for our customers. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Milan, MI, ITABASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience.
Ideally background in digital marketing, product management, or consulting. Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis and related toolsInterest and willingness to learn the quantitative and technical aspects of digital marketingConfident working closely with a wide range of partners, including technical (BI/Data Science) and non-technical (marketing and creative)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA track record in rolling up sleeves to get the job doneProven relevant work experience in digital paid marketing, and/or display, social and search marketing or consulting. Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably with publishers such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google, etc. Proven track record of delivering growth and optimization across key metrics. Proficiency in another European language (Italian, Spanish, German, French) is a plusPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
