Our client, a global leader in innovative ingredient solutions for the beauty industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic **Marketing Manager** to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping their marketing strategy and driving impactful initiatives in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you will:

- ** Lead Events Strategy**: Oversee all events in the EMEA and APAC regions, including exhibitions, seminars, and other industry-related activities.

- ** Manage Digital Marketing Assets**: Optimize and maintain company websites, UL Prospector, info app, and SEO efforts; collaborate on social media strategies and campaigns.

- ** Develop Marketing Materials**: Create and oversee promotional content such as catalogs, videos, demo kits, and technical materials.

- ** Drive ROI-Focused Strategies**: Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring a return on-investment-driven approach to all activities.

- ** Synchronize Global Projects**: Serve as the focal point for managing and aligning global marketing projects across regions.

- ** Oversee External Suppliers**: Collaborate with and manage external vendors for graphic design, video production, and other creative needs.

- ** Lead Internal Communications**: Design and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees and strengthen organizational knowledge.

- ** Participate to**:industry workshops and fairs, with the opportunity to travel and represent the company at international events.

What We're Looking For

**Education**: Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager in the personal care/beauty industry (raw materials or contract manufacturing), with proven experience in a global **B2B** company.

**Languages**: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage.

**Skills**: Strong strategic mindset, excellent project management abilities, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
