Flyeralarm is hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing International team in Italy.

In this role, you will work across a variety of digital and offline marketing channels - from SEA, Display, Social Media, Retargeting, SEO, CRM and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing strategies with the goal to grow our awareness and preference for the Flyeralarm brand in Italy

- Shape local digital performance and marketing strategy to reflect brand DNA by developing actions leveraging both paid and unpaid channels to increase repeat rates and customer-life-time value

- Partner with other Marketing team and Digital/Marketing Agencies to optimise and improve campaign performance.

- Manage Marketing channel budget and performance targets,

ensuring accuracy, and eyes on details

**Your profile**:

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree level education or equivalent

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Microsoft Office, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Facebook Business Manager

- Strong demonstrated ability to strategize, manage, and execute efficiently

- Effective team player with ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels at the organisation and work virtually with colleagues in other offices across Europe

- Possess a degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers across both the digital and offline ecosystem

- Positive and can-do attitude as well as capacity to plan and multitask is a must

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in Italian and English a required, German language considered as a plus
