**What you will be doing**:
In this role, you'll report to the Italy Marketing Lead and will be charged with developing the co-marketing strategy for our merchants while managing a marketing specialist team member to support you on the execution.
You will develop the best brand positioning while executing high growth acquisition campaigns.
**Co-marketing
- Develop a deep understanding of our merchants and partners community of 180. 000+ shops
- Define our co-marketing strategy per merchants categories by understanding the marketing contribution in partners management and managing the promotional and trade strategy
- Design common framework for merchant marketing together with harmonised guidelines based on efficiency analysis
- Execute the marketing plans and deliver best in class thought marketing from standardised marketing toolkits to custom campaigns
- Become a trusted marketing business partner to Business Development teams, aligning commercial and marketing priorities and developing Marketing plans to achieve company's goals
- Build and maintain internal project task forces, campaign decks and wrap reports and communicate key milestones to internal stakeholders
- Build the Satispay marketing road to consolidate as best partner for merchants
**B2B growth
- Contribute to Satispay growth by driving merchants acquisition with lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development and performance marketing teams to deliver quality leads per city
- Build effective full funnel merchants campaigns to generate prospects, stimulate activation, measure success, and share your findings
**What we need**:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in market-place or delivery companies
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Background and knowledge in trade marketing and category management is a plus
- Experience developing and executing partnership/co-marketing campaigns
- Leadership skills to push key projects to multiple stakeholders
- Structured thinking with project management skills
- Good relationship management
- Analysis skills and strategic mindset
