Who are we? Dantercepies has operated its namesake resort in the heart of the Dolomites since 1949, overseeing the lifts, ski slopes and summer attractions.

Dantercepies also has retail, food and beverage and hospitality operations located within the resort that complement the guest experience. Why are we looking for a marketing manager? Dantercepies is expanding its business.

As part of this, we would like the marketing area to be managed in a professional, creative and proactive way.

Therefore, we are looking for a highly motivated person who is passionate about the mountains to help us promote this development. Tasks and responsibilities:Responsible for Dantercepies brand in all its applications: from on-site visual management to the digital part:Editing brochures, advertisements and publicity to increase the reach and brand awareness of our resort;Manage Dantercepies' digital communication processes: website, social networks and the interface with other information systems;Take care of visuals at the resorts and winter and summer signage in the area, collaborating with graphic agencies. Coordinator of events that take place at our resort, often in collaboration with tourism organizations:Creatively design, organize and manage events that promote and publicize the services and entertainment opportunities offered by Dantercepies, often in collaboration with other organizations. Project manager in the ideation and implementation of new attractions that will increase visits to our resort. You will care about the satisfaction of our guests, asking for feedback and answering where appropriate. You will work closely with the CEO of Dantercepies, reporting directly to him on the development and execution of assigned activities, and you will coordinate with other company members. Must have:You love the mountains and practice mountain activities (skiing, hiking, . . . );You are good at working independently and you are able to complete work assigned to you, paying attention to detail;You have completed studies, or you have developed skills in the areas of marketing and communication;You have 2 or more years of work experience in the above areas;You are fluent in English, German, and you know the local environment. Working conditions:A trial period will be offered, followed by a permanent contract. The working hours will be full-time (30-40 hours per week).
