Marketing Manager Skincare
We are looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate Marketing Manager Prestige Skincare to be part of our Italy Marketing/Trade Marketing team consisting of 13 positive-minded colleagues.
You will be responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the marketing & rollout strategy for our Prestige Skincare category.
**Responsibilities**:
Brand Management develop market and brand analysis to identify issues and business opportunities as well as constantly monitor the performance of the scope brands understand and implement the main insight received by customer management and trade marketing to identify brand development opportunities in line with corporate strategies ensure the correct positioning of the Coty brand portfolio and market competitiveness
- Analyze market trends and competition analysis monitor insights from the market and consumers both through ad hoc studies and "on field" observations manage the portfolio of brands of competence ensuring the optimal definition and revision of the "4 Ps" define the Brand guidelines for Trade Marketing with the aim of contributing to the definition of the promotional plan for key customers, in agreement with the Sales Department, in terms of: Brand objectives and related KPIs (Measurable Marketing Objectives: MS, Unit / door.

Budget Define the budget of the brands under its competence in accordance with the company guidelines and the ATL-BTL balance Manage and monitor marketing expenses on a monthly basis in line with the plan and propose corrective actions where necessary, in line with the brand strategy and targets Propose and manage corrective actions that ensure the most effective ROI in accordance with company guidelines
Relationship with other departments and business development Manage the correct flow of information with the different departments, both internationally (Mktg, Trade) and local (Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Finance Controlling, Supply Chain, Training, PR) Chair the BBM meeting (Brand Business Meeting) defining the agenda and making sure that the decisions made during the meetings are developed and finalized

Monitor and approve purchase orders in line with policies and in compliance with financial "phasing"
People Management Coordinate and manage the brand managers in direct reporting Develop the team with a view on talent management, enhancing the potential of each collaborator Building internal growth paths
YOU are a Coty FIT Minimum 5 years of Operational Marketing/Trade Marketing in the skincare category Strong knowledge of retail management in luxury skincare (flagships & specialists) Brand management, out-of-the-box thinking, strategic planning Ownership, result & solution-oriented mindset, dynamism, leadership and strong interpersonal & collaborative skills Business-oriented, initiative-driven, positive mindset and client-focused approach Fluent English The will and self-confidence to build something from scratch
