**About the role**:
We are hiring a talented Marketing manager to work at our marketing team.
In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.
Your central goal is to help grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote lead generation through different campaigns and strategies.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and third parties.
- Help in communications and actions with partners.
**Requirements and skills**:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years on a similar role.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation
- Good communication skills: content writing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Advanced or native level of English
- Advance of native level of Italian
- Spanish, French and German are a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience in the sector of ecommerce or IT will be highly appreciated.
**Reporting to**:
CMO of the company.
