**Job title: Marketing Operations & Planning Intern

In this role, you will support the implementation of marketing initiatives in the health systems sector of Philips IIG (Italy, Israel & Greece), driving impact in prioritized audiences vs our main stakeholders.

**Your role**:

- You will be at the frontline when gathering local hooks and turning them into locally and internationally-relevant stories.

You will be actively involved in the definition of marketing tactics and plans for IIG zone, being responsible for the implementation of some activities, such as: activation of local online and offline campaigns (briefing and monitoring); management of sales enablement platform; delivery of CRM; localization of assets for campaigns, owned properties ; minor website management; support for major events.

- You will be part of IIG Marketing team, reporting to directly to Marketing Leader.

Constantly connected with local business and sales teams, with squad members at European level and with international center of excellence (e. g.

digital marketing, marketing excellence. . )

- You will have the chance to learn and experiment marketing in a multi-channel approach, within a diverse and international environment, with hybrid working included.

- It's a six-months, remunerated internship that we would like to start as soon as possible.

**You're the right fit if**:

1.

Experience: a previous experience in a similar role/internship/university project will be considered a plus.

2.

Skills: Strong communications skills with the ability to write and speak effectively in English and Italian.

Digital savy: (SEO, SEA, Social media, CMS, Salesforce).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel is a must)

3.

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Economics, Management with strong focus on Marketing / Digital Marketing.

4.

Other: Strong analytical skills.

Curious mindset, positive and proactive approach.

Team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Passionate to contribute with innovative ideas and cooperate with the different level of the organization
