Marketing Operations Manager
Job Title Marketing Operations Manager Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our team, focusing on Italy, Israel, and Greece (IIG). This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute localized marketing strategies in collaboration with a highly talented European team. You'll work closely with local business specialists, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized and fully integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Work with local businesses to understand customer needs to turn them into marketing plans to execute in full cooperation with EU Marketing Operations teams.
Provide inputs on local customers insights and ensure these are reflected in campaigns.
Define localization requirements across platforms.
Support the localization of marketing assets, ensuring proper approvals.
Brief and review agency output for ad-hoc content creation.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of content meets local needs.
Report on content performance for local markets.
Manage sales enablers (Seismic), including localization, validation, and training.
Develop digital activation briefs tailored to local markets.
Communicate local digital requirements to the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE).
Oversee local media negotiations, purchasing, and reporting, ensuring integration into the marketing plan.
Coordinate local events with the Events Manager.
Handle budgeting, PO management, and reporting.
Manage relationships with local associations and societies, collaborating with the EU team for ecosystem integration and impact measurement.
You're the right fit if you have:
A degree in marketing, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
A minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong track record.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Experience in planning and coordinating marketing activities.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus, especially in health tech or pharma.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
A team-building mindset and the ability to influence across departments.
A data-driven, digital-first mindset, comfortable making decisions with limited information.
A focus on operational execution and customer intimacy.
Results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
